Dean H. Taylor is Professor of Pastoral Studies and Chair of the Ministries Division at Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa. After serving in pastoral ministry for twenty-five years, Dean’s mission now is to equip a new generation of pastors, be a friend to men in ministry, and encourage biblical church growth. Dean’s book The Thriving Church: The True Measure of Growth was published in 2019. He posts articles at deanhtaylor.com. Dean and his wife Faith have four adult children and four grandchildren. He enjoys cycling, trout fishing, and beekeeping.

Terry and his wife Kelly are both graduates of Faith Baptist Bible College. They have two married daughters and six active grandchildren. Kelly is the office manager for Small Church USA, runs her own business from home, loves being a hip Grammy, traveling, good BBQ, and Hallmark Christmas movies. She loves ministering to women in one on one and small group settings. Terry is high energy, loves life, and is always on the lookout for a good adventure. He was the lead pastor of Rock Point Church in Crawfordsville, Indiana for 24-years. Under Terry’s leadership Rock Point was transformed from an unhealthy, struggling church revitalization project of 20 people, to a thriving church of over 1,000 in Sunday morning worship. In 2022 Terry successfully transitioned the church to a next generation pastor. He is a certified leadership coach and has personally worked with 100’s of pastors and ministry leaders. He and Kelly are the founders of Small Church USA, and now partner with ministry organizations and churches from across the country who are in need of revitalization assistance.
